"I just had my first car accident that involved another person. I was totally lost as to what to do, how to do it, and everything else involved. "All of the agents are so pleasant and reassuring. They go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. I recommend them to everyone. Have you ever felt high anxiety during an emergency as you awaiting demolition, communication, and trying to get your home or vehicle back to normal? Well let me just say all of my agents and the entire team worked so hard to put my mind at ease when I have a had massive water damage in my kitchen. They have such an efficient communication system where I can ask questions via text and receive such a prompt answer. When I was unsure someone called to clarify the entire process and what the expectations were. Every person kind and reassuring that they were working hard to help the process be as smooth and quick as possible. Even through the hurdles they were there for me every step of the way. "Used to be 5 stars but recent interactions with them it has dropped. I have been with state farm for almost 20 years and I have never paid as much as I do now. I was told everyone is getting a 40% increase because of claims made by OTHER people and their accidents. I have been accident free all 20 years. Looking for a new insurance company to do business with. Greedy people here"
