"UPDATE, APRIL 7, 2026:
In December of 2025, about 3 months ago, I hit a deer out in the countryside in the middle of the night. The next day I called State Farm and Carol called me back right away to discuss the matter. She immediately expressed sincere interest in handling my claim and getting me to talk to the right people. She demonstrated local options of body shops to talk to and gave me good advice. You can imagine I was very traumatized as the whole front of my car seem to be caved in. She told me my insurance would cover it and she followed through with me every step along the way and made sure I was always taken care of. She demonstrated a very professional, caring attitude where you could tell she genuinely really cared. Even after my car was finished she called up and followed through. I felt I was in good hands all along the way. Scott Grates State Farm Agency is really good and so are all the employees I deal with. Carol was spectacular! I highly recommend this agency. I have multi car and house insurance through them and they've always come through for me. A well deserved continued 5 stars review from me!

Very knowledgeable team there. Scott's always willing to go the extra mile for you if necessary as I personally experienced from him in relation to my homeowner's insurance.
UPDATE: Been couple years since my 4-star review above. Scott Grates agency has always been helpful as stated and as recently as today, 1/19/24 when I called their office they got right on it, as always, and took care of my needs right then and there over the phone! Bridgette was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. This, in the world we live in today, should not be overlooked. "Old school friendly." Changed to 5 stars as they consistently exude quality. Love these guys!"
