"I would like to commend The agents and staff at Scott Graz, State Farm, Ilion location, for their help these last couple of weeks, resolving circumstances involving an accident, my vehicle was involved in! "Insurance is like dating, you keep shopping around until you find the right match and to use the same scenario metaphor, working with Cat was like running into your ex that you realized was the love of your life and getting things right the second time around. She helped us out when we were on Long Island but when we moved upstate we went with a broker recommended by our mortgage people, which was a big mistake. Finding out she’s working up here now was the best news I could have gotten and I was more than happy to turn to her for help finding better rates and coverage than what our current provider was offering. I was quickly reminded why she’s been in the business for over 10 years and is the best at what she does, with her prompt responsiveness and professional demeanor that is enveloped in her bubbly personality and makes it feel like more like catching up with an old friend than just completing a business transaction. She takes the time to explain anything you don’t get and answer any questions you may have, which isn’t much with Cat because you can trust she’s doing right by you and giving you exactly what you need and asked for. I’m glad to be doing business with her again and will be happy to send anyone I can her way so that they can have the same peace of mind that I now have knowing our cars and home are back in good hands."

"Was in an accident over the weekend and wasn't given very much Information from the police for a report, and the other driver refused to provide me with their name or insurance carrier. Hadn't heard anything or documents uploaded via site given. I called and spoke with Carol in less than an hour she was able to contact the police department, get a fax of the incident report, provide me with the other persons insurance, she called them herself at 4:30p, and stayed with me on the phone as we filed the report with their insurance. All the worries I had just thinking about the process I was in for completely wiped away thanks to her dedication to helping. It wasn't Jake from State Farm who helped today but Carol from State Farm <3"
